Please explain a bit about yourself (occupation).

I'm an Electrician by trade, I work in remote locations most of the time. I often fine my self in ill equipped gyms where a lot of imagination is sometimes needed to perform a thorough workout.

1. How did you find Hard On Fitness?

I found out about HOF through an existing customer.

2. Name one of your personal goals that you have achieved while training at    Hard On Fitness?

They have help prevent training from being laborious by challenging me and keeping my training on track to achieve my goals, Like running  a half marathon,

3. Why would you recommend someone to train at Hard On Fitness?

Because of the very personalised service, Alan will take your fitness goals and give you a program that will fulfill your needs.  Alan is also very good at fixing niggling musculoskeletal  issues that sometimes arise during physical training.      
4. How has having a trainer at Hard On Fitness helped you?

I have been able to confidently undertake exercises that if done incorrectly can cause a lot of harm, due to the wealth of knowledge possessed by HOF staff.  They have encouraged me to try new exercises while ensuring my technique is safe and explaining in simple terms why something may or may not be safe.

5. How do you rate Hard On Fitness Management?

They are warm engaging people.
