1. How did you find Hard On Fitness?   By word of mouth from another gym member.

2. Name one of your personal goals that you have achieved while training at    Hard On Fitness?  Maintaining the fitness to keep climbing rope ladders up the side of ships from a small Pilot Boat in all weathers.

3. Why would you recommend someone to train at Hard On Fitness?

Great training with Allen who acts as a mentor, as well as a fitness trainer.

4. How has having a trainer at Hard On Fitness helped you?

Keeps you motivated to attend the gym.    If no trainer you can put the gym off today and tomorrow never comes.

5.  How would you Rate Hard On Fitness Management?    Very good.  Training times are sent out in good time.   The gym is always clean and tidy.

I was walking most mornings and extended my walk past Hard on Fitness and saw the sign.

I am happier with myself.

Alan got to know and understand my needs, my goals, my strengths and weaknesses. He will design a program to meet your desired outcome. He will also massage your sore bits and listen to you.

Alan has been one of the most important people that have come into my life in many ways.  Without his understanding, persistence, texting and encouragement I would not be where I am right now.

I'm an Electrician by trade, I work in remote locations most of the time. I often fine my self in ill equipped gyms where a lot of imagination is sometimes needed to perform a thorough workout.

I found out about HOF through an existing customer.

2. Name one of your personal goals that you have achieved while training at    Hard On Fitness?

They have help prevent training from being laborious by challenging me and keeping my training on track to achieve my goals, Like running  a half marathon,

3. Why would you recommend someone to train at Hard On Fitness?

Because of the very personalised service, Alan will take your fitness goals and give you a program that will fulfill your needs.  Alan is also very good at fixing niggling musculoskeletal  issues that sometimes arise during physical training.      
4. How has having a trainer at Hard On Fitness helped you?

I have been able to confidently undertake exercises that if done incorrectly can cause a lot of harm, due to the wealth of knowledge possessed by HOF staff.  They have encouraged me to try new exercises while ensuring my technique is safe and explaining in simple terms why something may or may not be safe.

5. How do you rate Hard On Fitness Management?

They are warm engaging people.

 Getting stronger Alan helped me get  my shoulders to stop rolling forward..

The studio is perfectly equipped with up to date equipment, You feel confident that nobody there will judge you on what you wear or look like. 

 It's a family friendly environment.
