My name is Alan Lewis I am an experienced Personal Trainer and for over 15 years, I have been helping Brisbane residents to ditch the extra weight they have been carrying around There is no faster way to accelerate your results than by having a personal trainer.

 

  (Chin Up & Push up) Program

Level  1

This program is a great starting program to increase your strength

.  Remember always make sure that you perform each exercise with  correct technique, to save injury.   

 

Warm Up

1.   Cardio warm up up(5 minutes)

2.  Body Stretches.

(when stretching make sure that you perform correct technique.  If you are not sure of how to perform correct   technique get advice by a Personal Trainer    

Program

(when exercising make sure that you perform correct technique.  If you are not sure of how to perform correct   technique get advice by a Personal Trainer    

 

Part 1)

(No rest between sets(

1. Chin up's    Between. 2 / 5  Reps

2. Push Up's  Between. 5 / 10  Reps

1 minute rest.

Part 2)

(No rest between sets)

3. Chin Up's  Between. 2 / 5 Reps

4. Push Up's Between. 5 / 10 Reps

40 second rest.

Part 3)

 

 

(No rest between sets)

5. Chin up's between. 2 / 5 Reps

6. Push up's between.  5 / 10 Reps.

30 second Rest.    

Part 4)

7. Chin Up's Between.  2 / 5 Reps

8. Push Up's Between.  5 / 10 Reps.
